My executive coaching and mentoring programmes for CEOs, MDs, startup founders and C-suite are entirely personalised, with a flexible structure determined by you or your organisation’s specific needs and objectives.
I support and challenge you to explore different perspectives that align with your real-time challenges and long-term goals. I’ll listen for patterns or assumptions that might hinder your progress and offer sometimes gentle, sometimes not so gentle, questions and reflections.

An example programme structure
- We have a free, no-obligation 30-45 minute clarity call
- If we both feel we’re a good match, we agree your programme’s format and price
- We agree your objectives for the programme
- We formalise your programme via a Coaching Agreement
- You complete an (optional) MBTI personality profiling questionnaire in advance of our initial session
- We schedule your initial session
- Our sessions can be fortnightly, 3-weekly, or monthly depending on your specific needs
- Our programme will typically have a 6 months duration
- We review your objectives and progress regularly
- We have a final review of outcomes, successes and progress against goals
- You have the option to extend your programme with mutual agreement
