They may be newly appointed senior executives seeking coaching support from an 90-Day Accelerator Coaching Programme as they transition into their new role; helping them understand and proactively address their unique challenges, and positioning themselves for long-term success.

They may be startup founders or first-time CEOs or MDs who are experiencing self-doubt or imposter syndrome. Perhaps those colleagues who were previously their peers are demonstrating resentment at their promotion, and hindering their attempts to build their own new team.
