How it works
My C-suite onboarding coaching programmes typically last 4 months, with 7 sessions at 3-weekly intervals.
Like many of my new C-Suite executive clients, you may subsequently choose to extend your onboarding programme to provide ongoing and extended support, as you consolidate and grow in your new role.
During your first 120 days, I also support you through any early challenges or setbacks you may face, such as episodes of Imposter Syndrome. I help you you build the confidence and resilience to emerge stronger and more determined.
Your initial 120 days in a new C-suite position represent a critical phase in which your impact is under continual scrutiny.
You’ll feel pressure to achieve positive outcomes at speed, with little benefit of a settling-in period.
These early months are your opportunity to show your organisation it chose wisely in appointing you, and to signal to your team that you have earned the right to lead from day one and beyond.
