Learn about a typical executive coaching programme here.Working with board and senior leaders, my accredited coaching facilitates continual and sustainable growth through deep insights, embracing change and constant improvement for themselves, their teams and their organisations.

My coaching relationship with my clients is entirely personalised, with a flexible structure determined by their objectives and their organisation’s business needs, so they can realise their goals faster.

A typical executive coaching programme looks like this:

~ We’ll have a preliminary, free-of-charge, no obligation, video or in-person meeting to discuss the professional challenges you face, your coaching goals, and ideal outcomes.

~ If we both feel that my coaching style is a good match to your objectives, the scope and price of your tailored coaching programme will be agreed and formalised into a simple draft Coaching Agreement.

~ During our first full session, either over video or in-person, we’ll expand on the themes we touched on during our preliminary meeting. This and subsequent full sessions will generally last around an hour and a half.

~ We’ll have a check-in phone or video call shortly after our first full session, to chat about our respective reflections. We’ll also discuss any concerns you may have, and any early progress you may have made on your objectives.

~ There’ll be a further seven or eight full sessions in the coaching programme in all, spread over six months or so. That’s a total of around fourteen hours of coaching, plus our intermittent communications.

~ If there’s something specific you would like to discuss in a full session, you’ll let me know shortly beforehand. After each full session, I’ll send you a brief summary email, noting any insights and/or agreed action points.

~ We’ll have intermittent phone or video check-in calls between full sessions as reasonably required, as well as regular email communication throughout the programme.

~ We’ll have a mid-programme progress review and our final full session will incorporate a review of initial objectives and subsequent outcomes.

~ We may occasionally use psychometric tools, such as Emotional Intelligence tests, or Values In Action (VIA) strengths tests. We may also use ‘strengths cards’ exercises – but only if you’re comfortable with that, of course!
